Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)

Eligibility for

MOE FAS

- Child must be a Singapore Citizen

- Monthly gross household income of ≤ $4,000, or

A monthly per capita income (PCI) of ≤ $1,000.

Eligibility for School-Based FAS

- Pupils who do not qualify for MOE FAS may be considered for School-Based FAS on a case by case basis.
