ADMISSION & SCHOOL TRANSFER

2026 P1 Registration Exercise

Phase 1 registration is for a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR) child born between 2 January 2020 and 1 January 2021 (both dates inclusive) and has a sibling currently studying in our school.

If your child is SC / PR:

Parents who are registering their younger child under Phase 1 are to register from 9am on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 to 4.30pm on Thursday, 2 July 2026.

If your child is a non-SC / non-PR (not eligible for Phase 1):

Please submit an online Indication of Interest from 9am on Tuesday, 19 May 2026 to 4.30pm on Monday, 25 May 2026, otherwise you will not be able to register in Phase 3 of the P1 Registration Exercise. Parents will be notified through email by the end of October on whether their child has been offered a place in a primary school.

Leave of Absence (LOA) Scheme

The LOA scheme is for current CPS pupils who fulfil the following criteria:

• Pupil is a Singapore Citizen or PR

• Pupil is accompanying parent on an overseas posting

Compulsory Education

All Singapore Citizens born after 1 January 1996 and living in Singapore must attend a national primary school unless an exemption is granted.
